Personal data collected and processed when applying for a vacant position at PHH Group
When applying for a vacancy offered by us, you submit your curriculum vitae (CV) and/or motivation letter. To evaluate your application, we require the following personal data:
- first name;
- last name;
- phone number;
- email address;
- education;
- qualification certificates/documents;
- information about the Candidate’s career (former/current employers, position held, nature of work, short job description);
- other information provided by the Candidate in the CV or motivation letter or submitted by recruitment agencies (date of birth, residential address).
You also have the right to provide us with additional personal data in your CV and/or motivation letter. In such cases, we will process such personal data and take it into account when assessing your application.
Purposes of Personal Data Processing
The personal data you provide is processed for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy for a vacant position. Your personal data will be processed based on your request to participate in the recruitment process for the vacant position.
Transfer of Personal Data
We may transfer your personal data to other companies within our group of companies.
Your personal data may only be transferred based on your consent.
If your consent is not obtained, your data will not be transferred.
Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data is processed by PHH Group:
- when applying for a vacant position at PHH Group – for no longer than 3 months after the end of the recruitment process;
- if you independently submit your personal data even when the Company is not conducting recruitment, such data will be stored for 12 months unless additional consent is obtained from you;
- if you have provided consent for the processing of your personal data, the data will be processed until your consent is withdrawn.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- request information about your processed personal data;
- request correction of your personal data if you believe the data is incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate;
- request deletion of personal data or suspension of processing activities, except for storage, if you determine that the data is processed unlawfully or unfairly;
- object to the processing of your personal data where such data is processed or intended to be processed for direct marketing purposes or on the basis of legitimate interest pursued by us or by a third party receiving the data;
- withdraw your consent;
- request data portability;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Exercising Your Rights
You may exercise your rights by submitting a written request specifying what actions you would like us to perform regarding your data. The request may be submitted in any convenient form using the contacts below, provided that your identity can be verified from the request and accompanying documents.
