What is Fulfillment by Pigu?
It is a service, when you store your goods in PHH Group warehouse and leave all the management of their orders to us. Once you deliver your goods to us, we take full responsibility for them: we store them and once an order comes in – we pack the goods and deliver the parcels to buyers.
Why it is beneficial to use this service?

Time and cost saving opportunity. We sort out your delivered goods, safely store them, and once a consumer buys it – we pack it and ship it to him. You don‘t need to manage the order physically or administrate it in the system, so you get more time to yourself, to focus on pricing, marketing, sourcing and etc.

It is the fastest and most convenient way for consumers to get their purchased goods, as we provide same-day or next-day delivery to the widest selection of delivery options, goods that use Fulfillment by Pigu (*FBP) service, have around 37% higher sales compared to ones that are not using it.

Goods that use FBP service have additional support from us, such as: occasional promotional campaigns on free delivery or warehouse assortment and „collect today/tomorrow“ tags and filters in our websites.
Requirements:
There are two main requirements for goods, so that they would comply with the rules of service and we could handle them properly:

All items have to arrive packed into their own packaging.

Their packages have to be marked with EAN barcodes, that match item‘s product cards in our database, so we could scan it and identify the product.

Pricing:
Pricing for services is divided into categories by product size and weight. Main charges apply to operations such as acceptance of goods, their storage and process of orders. To new service users we occasionally offer free trial period.
Stock management
All your stock, that uses FBP service is listed separately in self-service system. We constantly work on providing more helpful tools and insights how to plan your replenishments. You can connect to database via API or get stock overviews by exporting data.
We also handle returns: if we see that a returned item is in perfect condition – we store it back into warehouse so another consumer could buy it once again. If we are not sure about it‘s condition – we ship it to you, so you could decide about it.
You can deliver the goods directly to our warehouse in Vilnius (Lithuania) or via our hubs in other countries.
