Proposed terms:
Only one (1) extension per coupon package (max +12 months), with an application window of no later than 30 days after the expiry date.
Recommended PHH model: fixed fee + percentage.
The structure for a single extension order is calculated on the nominal value of the still-unredeemed / active coupons at the moment of extension, not on the value of the whole original order:
- extension of +3 months → 3% fee
- extension of +6 months → 6% fee
- extension of +12 months → 10% fee
Additional conditions: A fixed fee of €40 covers code regeneration, the accounting entry and invoice issuance. A minimum total fee of €50 acts as a "floor"
