Bazilius Appointed Chief Operating Officer of PHH Group

As of September 15, Laimonas Bazilius will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer at PHH Group, the leading e-commerce company in the Baltics. He succeeds Gediminas Šeduikis in this position. For the past eight years, Bazilius has served as CEO of Kotryna Group.

“This is an important and strategically significant addition to our leadership team, which will enable us to continue pursuing our goals: strengthening the performance and efficiency of our e-commerce business, focusing on operational excellence, and maintaining the highest service standards for both our customers and partners,” says Group CEO Dainius Liulys.

According to him, Bazilius’s extensive experience will be particularly valuable ahead of the most important sales season of the year – the pre-Christmas period.

“This is an especially intense time in e-commerce, and we are preparing well in advance to handle a large volume of orders and commitments to our customers, strengthen the Group’s market position, and achieve ambitious results,” Liulys notes.

Bazilius’s return to PHH Group – where he previously held various management positions between 2013 and 2017 – is highly anticipated. He spent two years as CEO of 220.lv in Latvia, one year as CEO of Kaup24.ee in Estonia, and two years as the Group’s Chief Operating Officer.

Recently, PHH Group has finalized the formation of its senior leadership team: Raimondas Žilėnas has returned as Head of Marketplace, Emilis Gustainis has taken over the Finance Department, Vytautas Romeika has joined as Marketing Director, Auksė Jurkienė as Commercial Director, and Jūratė Balzerė has rejoined as HR Director. In February, Pigu.lt founder and shareholder Dainius Liulys also returned to the role of CEO.
