PHH Group and Omniva Launch Strategic Partnership – Same-Day Delivery Planned

Pigu Hobby Hall Group, one of the largest e-commerce groups in the Baltic States, and the international logistics and technology company Omniva have entered into a strategic partnership. Omniva will become the primary delivery service provider for the e-commerce platforms Pigu.lt, Kaup24.ee, and 220.lv. In the next phase of collaboration, the partners plan to offer same-day delivery services, further enhancing value for customers and providing faster, more flexible delivery options.

“Our strategic goal is to provide customers with the best possible shopping and delivery experience. Already, in Lithuania and Latvia, we offer customers the option to collect orders the same day from our physical pick-up points. The partnership with Omniva strengthens this strategic direction, as we plan to offer same-day delivery across all Baltic countries. This will further blur the line between physical and online retail, allowing customers to enjoy an even more convenient shopping experience,” says Dainius Liulys, CEO of PHH Group.

The partnership with Omniva comes after PHH Group’s decision to optimize its carrier network, focusing on a smaller number of strategic logistics partners to improve efficiency, reliability, and service consistency. Currently, Omniva already delivers over 90% of PHH Group’s shipments, and the collaboration is expected to expand volumes even further.

“Customers in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia benefit from Omniva’s extensive service network, which includes the region’s largest parcel locker network and reliable home delivery through couriers. This ensures flexible delivery options – customers can choose to pick up parcels from the nearest locker or have them conveniently delivered straight to their doorstep,” adds D. Liulys.

The companies are also exploring the possibility of Omniva handling Hobbyhall.fi orders shipped from the Baltic countries to Finland.
