PHH group customers fired up their grills and jumped into the air – trampoline sales soared by 31 percent

As summer hit its stride, visitors of our e-commerce platform continued enjoying outdoor activities – cooking food and choosing other active pastimes outside. Among the most popular seasonal goods remained various types of grills, trampolines, outdoor furniture, and bicycles.

"Although summer is marked by unpredictable weather, customer interest in products for outdoor entertainment keeps growing. At the same time, we observe another trend – some buyers are opting for at-home activities. This is evident in the active sales of indoor exercise equipment and fitness products," says Nerijus Mikalajūnas, Head of Communications at PHH Group.

Among grills this summer – both in June and early July – different models and sizes of Kamado Bono grills dominated. Not far behind was the Grill&Chill barbecue grill.

On average, PHH Group visitors paid significantly less for grills than shoppers in e-commerce stores of neighboring countries – 88 euros. Lithuanian buyers chose grills with an average price of 141 euros, while Estonians spent an average of 207 euros.

The most expensive grill sold in Latvia this summer was the ceramic Kamado Bono Grande, priced at 561 euros. Lithuanian customers spent up to 764 euros for a grill, and Estonians up to 794 euros.

Among trampolines, our market was dominated by various diameter products from the brand Zipro – both with and without safety nets. On average, customers paid 131 euros for a trampoline. The sales of trampolines soared by 31 percent compared to the same period last month.

The most popular outdoor furniture choices this summer were the Faretto and Progarden Poker tables, as well as the Edison folding garden or beach lounger.

Visitors exercising at home frequently chose vibro training plates „Gymtek Xp500“ and „Loop SVP01“ Also among the bestsellers was a mini bike trainer for both legs and arms.
