PHH Group launches loyalty program “PHH PLUS” for its most devoted customers

The leading online retailer PHH Group has launched its new loyalty program, PHH PLUS, designed for regular shoppers who want to save both time and money. The program goes live just ahead of the festive shopping season, giving customers a chance to join early and take advantage of the best deals on PHH Group e-shops – Pigu.lt, 220.lv, Kaup24.ee, and HobbyHall.fi.

Each market has its own local version – Pigu PLUS, 220.lv PLUS, Kaup24 PLUS, and Hobby Hall PLUS – all built on one shared foundation: a unified, data-driven, customer-centric vision.

All current PHH Club members will automatically become part of PHH PLUS, allowing them to immediately enjoy exclusive member prices and additional benefits.

“Our goal is not to rely on one-off promotions, but to continuously improve the shopping experience,” says Vytautas Romeika, Marketing Director at PHH Group. “We want every loyal customer to feel valued. PHH PLUS members will always have access to personalized prices, exclusive offers, and extra perks at every stage of their shopping journey – from downloading the app to returning for their next purchase. According to Romeika, PHH PLUS represents a next-generation loyalty program that offers the best prices, access to special campaigns, and tailored recommendations.

“The key to the program is not just in the benefits it offers, but in its transparent and fair pricing structure. Both members and non-members will clearly see all pricing information on our platform and easily compare offers,” he explains.

Global studies show that loyalty program members shop up to 73% more frequently and spend up to 40% more per purchase. Products with loyalty-based pricing can see conversion rates increase by up to 15%, while repeat purchases can rise by up to 20%.
