Shoppers Flocked to PHH Group e-shops on Black Friday

Black Friday week brought exceptional activity across all PHH Group e-shops in the Baltics and Finland, with 220.lv in Latvia, Pigu.lt in Lithuania, Kaup24.ee in Estonia, and HobbyHall.fi in Finland collectively attracting nearly 600,000 customer visits.

“Visitors were active throughout the entire week of promotions, but the largest number of shoppers arrived on the actual Black Friday,” says Nerijus Mikalajūnas, Head of Communications at PHH Group. Each e-shop also recorded its own golden minute — the moment with the highest number of orders:

  • Latvia (220.lv): Tuesday at 19:07

  • Lithuania (Pigu.lt): Sunday at 19:05

  • Estonia (Kaup24.ee): Sunday at 23:57

Across the Baltics, shoppers showed keen interest in both beauty and electronics. Among the bestselling items were women’s fragrances such as Lanvin Éclat and Hugo Boss, Elizabeth Arden Green Tea, Fujifilm Instax Mini film packs, Xiaomi smart devices, and various household and hobby items including the Dyson Airwrap, Cat's Best cat litter, and Brita Maxtra filter cartridges.

Customer spending during Black Friday week averaged 57 euros on 220.lv, 74 euros on Pigu.lt, and 60 euros on Kaup24.ee.

Luxury electronics dominated the list of highest-value purchases. The most expensive item across PHH Group e-shops was an MSI Stealth laptop for 6,864 euros in Latvia. In Estonia, the top purchase was a Canon EOS R5 Mark II camera costing 5,897 euros, while in Lithuania the highest-priced item was an LG OLED TV for 2,749 euros.

“Good news for everyone looking for gifts – great prices didn’t end with Black Friday. With attractive offers and fast, reliable delivery, we’ll keep delighting customers all the way until Christmas,” the PHH Group representative adds.
